This might sound a little odd...

For the past couple of week's I've been able to feel a bump when I'm lying down and for the last couple of day's I have actually been able to see it (still only while lying down, when I stand my flab hides it). But, it's not alway's there, sometimes it seems huge, other times it's barely noticable. I can tell it is definately not bloating, but it can be gone within an hour. At first I thought maybe it's when my bladder is full and pushing it up, but it goes down even if I haven't been to the toilet/let out wind/eaten anything etc. I just wish my bump would stay put :( I get all excited then it just dissappears.

Anybody else experienced this?

I was the same - I only really had a bump when I was lying down and if it was at night. During the day there would be nothing.

Even now its like that - my bump is huge at the end of the night but in the morning its like someone has popped it

Just wait till u have a constant bump and u can't put your socks on without looking like a tit!

Hehe I know this feeling o so well  I had to get my OH to put my bed socks on the other night as bump seemed so big for some reason and I could barely reach my feet, let alone swing a sock over my toes.

He makes jokes now about his getting carpet burn from my hairy legs as I can't get down them to shave anymore  :rotfl: I told him, if he wants them smooth he can shave them himself for me  Otherwise he is shacked up with a hedgehog till LO is here :rotfl:

 I hardly have a bump though and its a mission

And I have no one to help me :( Have to struggle on my own. In fact its probably the longest part of getting ready in the morning!

I think I have mastered something though - I put my leg over my knee rather than bending down but even this is becoming a mission. I am so glad I am due in May and hope we get better weather soon so I can wear my sandals ;)

Funny how I've never really thought about how hard simple task's are for a heavily pregnant woman. I remember tutting at my friend when she was heavily pregnant and making a big deal out of everything, I feel so cruel now  At least with me being due end of July I will be able to live without sock's for the majority of my final few months.

I sill haven't got a bump, and when I think I might have a little one someone will ssay 'oh my god, your not showing at all are you' I HATE this!

I want a bump!!!!!!
