Hiii again!

I just noticed on the bounty forum, someone mentioned about on your notes when you have your dating scan they write in your notes.

My notes haven't been written in at all, there is a report in there when I had my first dating scan (I had two, as the first one the bubba was sat up and wouldn't budge lol, so they got me back a week later), they put the report for the first one in there stapled to the notes.

When I went back the second time, I came back with my notes as I gave them to the hospital, nothing written in the m, no report, nothing :S.

Should they have been written in with the findings of the scan!?

My mw also just stuck the actual scan summary into my notes, she never wrote anything down either, i guess maybe they dont need to if all the info thats needed is on the scan summary anyway xx

I only got my notes at my 16 week appointment. At my dating scan they just printed out a summary put it in an envelope and told me to give to my midwife where she stuck them in the back of my notes. The print out has evertything they need to know on it x

I'm the same as deedee, my MW stuck the letter report from the hospital onto the back page of my notes, she nor the hospital actually wrote anything in my book
