Notes interpretation anyone?

Just reading what the mw wrote in my notes yesterday and noticed that she has written "ceph LOL" in there......LOL????? it aint funny love . Just wondering what this means? She did say Albert's head is firmly wedged in my pelvis so wondering if he's now fully engaged rather than the 3/5ths engaged we had on friday. LOL isn't written anywhere else in my notes and isn't in the abbreviation list at the back.

Any insight would be fab ta xxxxxxxx

I'm not sure, could it mean long lie? cos the doctor wrote that in my notes the other day. Could be wrong tho....either that or she did find it funny lol x

It means left occipital longitudinal. That means that baby is lengthways with head lying towards the left side x

I think it sums up your pregnancy well hun. Might search mine cos with my pregnancy shes probably put down pmsl on mine!!!!!!!!!!!
