Notes?

Have you all received your notes? I haven't got anything-should i have got these at my last scan? i am 23 weeks today.

I just called up Docs to make my next app with them and they said i need to bring my book...what book? Does anyone know...ahhh i feel clueless again!

I got given my medical notes at my first midwife appointment and took them away with me did they not give you anything ?

No. I've been given results of scans and stuff but nothing else. I haven't even received my Nuchal results! (but not worried about this-as i was told if they didn't get in contact then its a good thing) Should i call up and find out about notes?

Hi at your booking appointment (8 weeks) you should have been given a book with all your maternity notes in which your supposed to take with you to every appointment. Did you not get that?? XX

You defo should have had notes thats the first thing I have been asked for at every appointment and scan results etc have been added to the back of it by whoever I have seen....It seems odd nobody has mentioned it up to now. From what I understand that is the only record of your pregnancy (except I suppose stuff on computer)

I got a bounty pack-but that was it.

I don't think i have any thing else! Anything i have been given that looks important i have put in a folder so will check when i get in!

Did you get the plastic bounty folder thats what I was told to keep mine in.....My book is a green and white A4 size booklet with room at the back for scan results etc to be added I got it the first time I saw the midwife she filled in the empty sections in with me with me asked about past history etc..........If you don't have any joy I would ring your midwife to ask.

I was given my notes at my 12 week scan, you need to contact your MW to find out why you havent got yours hun xx

All I got was the little card that has my weight and pee details from booking in app and then at my 20 week midwife after the scan she put my pee results on it again and my PB and babys HB

Didnt get any other files or anything and was never given any results of bloods or anything till I asked as I was O neg so was worried but apparently they " moved" me into the pos bracked lol so i dont need the anti D injection

I find it all very confusing too iv no idea what I should or shouldnt have

I have a binder type cardboard folder with loads of pages in it and I got it at the 8 week appointment. How strange there seems to be different processes across the country?

My sister was there today and she asked about my notes and they said i should have received them at my last scan but because i didn't they will be sent home to me. So hopefully i will be getting those soon-doubtful that i'll get them before my GP app on Thursday. Will have a look for a book--but i really don't think i have that.

I was given a green booklet thingie at my first midwife appointment. Green & White a4 it is. x

i got a big purple and yellow folder with all kinds of pages in it for scans, apps and tests.

gutted i didn't get any of that at my booking in app. All i got was my bounty pack. and then lots of information that the midwife said i probably wont remember-and to read the magazine for now. She wrote down some dates for when i see GP and Midwife. Would have been alot easier if i had a folder straight away!

Hey hunni id def kick up a fuss bout this, my notes came through post before my booking in app, then at booking in they gave me the plastic wallet thing to keep it in with the bounty books etc xxx
