Not well - is it just teething?

Ellie has been really off her food since the beginning of last week. She is teething at the moment and since the weekend before last she has had 3 molars coming through at once. However she is getting worse, she has been very teery today at nursery, and very tired. She has had about 3hrs worth of sleep during the day today, all she has eaten today is a bit a cheese, 1.5 bananas and 1 meatball. She did have much more yesterday or any day for the last week and a half. Yet her stomach is looking very bloated. Is it teething or is it something else? Please help I am getting very worried.

Oh and tonight was the first time she completely refused a breastfeed before bed. She just wanted to go in her cot.

I just wanted to pass on and say I hope she's feeling better and her teeth have come through, Isaac's only 6months but I know it causes him no end of upset when its really bothering him, NHS direct might be best for advice? Very best wishes
