I'm having sharp pains through my vagina, I can feel baby moving really low inside my vagina - feeling quite different than i'm used to and my knickers keep getting really wet. I feel as if I have a tummy ache and need to go to the toilet - but i don't know if i'm over thinking it?!

I've been getting this for two weeks its the baby pushing down on ur cervix I spose kinda head butting or something, also the pressure on ur bladder will in crease as baby moves down and settles into pelvis but if ur unsure it's wise to contact ur mw. Good luck how many weeks are u? X
