NOT HAPPY! ***UPDATE ***IT GETS WORSE

grrrrrr

the water got cut of yesterday there is a fault in my area.
i have nothing not even a dribble!

and it seems no one is in a rush to solve it seems only 3 people live in my area! last night they brought round some bottles water and said they would try and get a team out to solve it.
still no one is out ther3e working on it.

i cant bath the kids.
we are getting our proffesional photos done today and i have not washed my hair in 5days saving it for today! i look a state!

i have dishes every where and its such hassel Harleys bottles are a nightmare! i have washing coming out of my ears!



and it was only this morning my red leter came through the post from seven trent water

I FEEL LIKE I WANT TO KILL SEVEN TRENT FLIPPING WATER!!!!
I DIDNT NO THAT MY HEATING WOULD SOON STOP WORKING

ITS NOVEMBER I HAVE 2 BABIES THE HOUSE IS SO COLD IM SHIVERING. I HAVE TO WALK DOWN THE STREET AND FILL A BUCKET EVERY TIME I GO THE LOO. I HAE TO LEAVE THE KIDS IN THE HOUSE AND RUN AS FAST AS I CAN! dIOR HAS WET THE BED 3 TIMES NOW AND I HAVE NO CLEAN BEDDING FOR HER CANT DO WASHING CANT RUN A BATH.... IM SOOOO UPSET AND SOOOOOO ANGRY!

SORRY FOR THE CAPS BUT JUST WANTED TO LET RIP

I CALLED SEEN TRENT WATER ON THE EMERGANCY NUMBER THEY WILL PHONE ME BACK IN 4 HOURS WITH A UPDATE IV GONE BONKERS SAYING I NEED SOME HEATER!!!!!!!!!!!

god hun poor you ..thats well out of order i hope they give you some compensation! its ridiculous how much you cant do without water..i mean its essential anyway but with 2 babies its even worse!!..you need water for the bottles, baths, heating,washing machine what a nightmare!

If its an older person then social services pop out with electric heaters and blankets, not sure for children and families but the water boards response is totally unacceptable. The temperature is very low at night, they have a duty to prioritise you. Ring them back and demand they resolve the issue NOW not ring you back in 4 hours as chances are they wont. How are you supposed to ensure your kids are warm? Ring them and speak to a manager and throw a wobbler - I would

Will they provide you with heaters and compansate you for the extra electric? Put your foot down hun, by half 9 it will be bloody freezing!!!!!!

grrrrrr im going to spend the day at my mums.

Our water was off from about 7 till 1 today, what a pain in the bum! I know how you feel with the washing and the bottles and things!

Rob was moaning cos he couldn't get a wash before work! Ended up washing with baby wipes bless him lol!
