So anyone know what's wrong with me. From last night i have been feeling really queasy and really sick so thought i would have an early night and hopefully feel better in the morning. Today I have woke up feeling even worse no appetite constantly feeling sick but not actually being sick and just generally not well. I also keep have the feeling I need the toilet (not a pee sorry for being disqusting) but when i go i dont. Anyone no whats wrong with me?
