Not feelin hungry at all

I am not feeling hungry at all since beginning of second month and now I'm at end of 3rd month.i became very weak.I can't eat more,even i can't drink water more than half glass.In night i almost vomit.I'm unable to decide what to do? any suggestion?

I would visit your doctor and see what they say, its not good for you or the baby if your not eating. Hope you feel better soon
