How serious is it?

my friend keeps getting them and she is abou t as far on as you, dont know whether it is serious or not though i wud get it checked out:)

ive never had a nose bleed.
Tell your midwife if you keep getting them. Its the heat and the bad air quality thats doing it.

ewww thats strange lol ...sorry didnt know what else to say.
Not very helpfull am I

i think nose bleeds can be something to do bit blood presure???

but you will be betting getting it checked if it carries on :)

I get them often and my midwife says its really normal in pregnancy :)

I had nose bleeds with my first 2 pregnancys and its normal although can't remember the reason. Duh! That was one of the first things i got with this pregnancy even before i was late. As long as they are not too heavy they shouldn't be a problem!

I had one nose bleed at about 9 weeks but that was prob because my nose was itching like mad and I had to have a pick and I think I made it bleed   Should I be telling you ladies this?? :rotfl:

I was reading emmas diary last night and saw this....

'Nose bleeds and blocked noses

Your nose may feel blcoked and even bleed if you blow it too energetically. Eat lots of foods containing vitamin C as this can help strenghthen the blood vessels. You could also try dabbing some petroleum jelly around each nostril, to stop the skin drying out so easily.'

I dont know if that helps, read it and thought id post it.
Its in page 68 pregnancy week 21 of 'Bounty, your pregnancy'

My nose doesnt bleed but does get easliy blocked and is a bit bloody but not dripping blood. This happened last time as well.
