Normal symptoms?????

~My nippels are sensitive to touch can sleep on my front
~On and off feeling tired ( like one minute I feel like I could nap next I'm fine)
~My eyes feel achey and like I need to blink longer (nearly like looking at a computer screen to long)
~I have on off dull period pains
~I get like a sharp pinching pain on my right side?
~and it feels like I need to burp or like there is wind stuck like at the Base of my throat

I Have just passed 4weeks? Is this normal?

If there are any "normal" symptoms, those are them. Everyone seems to feel pregnancy (and each pregnancy) different. My two pregnancies have been different from each other.
