no period...negative test...a few symptoms...help please

Hey girls.

I had my last period on the 2/2/12, and on roughly the 15/2/12 I had unprotected sex. It is now the 16/3/12 and I still haven't got my period which was due on the 5/3/12. I keep getting pregnancy type symptoms but dont want to get my hopes up. I've done three pregnancy test and got a BFN. I have never been this late before not even with my previous pregnancy which ended in a misscariage. This is so strange and I don't know what to do. Please help xxx

I'd pop to docs hun, but i was a week late this month and is was BFN all the way and the n my period finally arrived when me and OH dtd, sorry TMI!!!

I don't really want to go to doctors if I am just plain late. I've not been stressed and I can't think of any other reason on why I'd be late so just gonna ride it out. Just want to see what you girls say

Hello Pixi, have you recently come off the pill? My cycles have gone from a totally dependable 28 days to around 38-40 since I stopped taking Yasmin! So it may be that you ovulated later than you think and your period isn't actually late yet. Other factors can delay ov too, like being ill x

I haven't been on any form of contraception ever and I've not been ill or stressed.

What kind of tests have you used?

I used three ICs and all looked bfn but i got two strong positives on frer's and a digi too x

I used clear and simple test strips from my local pound land as that is all I can afford at the moment.

Do you have PCOS?
Been in a imilar start for past 2 weeks and ended up in A&E yesturday in agony. Turns out it had just cycsted and they popped it (it bloddy hurts when they really poke and prod ya to do that) and I should come on this weekend since I passed the cysty goop this morning. TMI but something to ask the doc about if you do suffer.

As far as I'm aware I don't have PCOS and I've never been this late before. My periods are always every 32 days.

That's what am gonna do. I'm gonna wait another week and then go to my drs and see what they say unless AF comes or I get a BFP.

Hey we are in the same boat i have a 32 day cycle and I'm late too. I'm waiting till next Sunday then testing although i don't have any pregnancy test apart from one clear blue digital. My Oh and i have dont it twice this week to see if af would come but nothing! I have been getting cramps and headaches also followed by huge sore bbs and feeling really tired. Good luck to you!!! I hope one of us gets a bfp or af comes soon
