No period after depo! Help please

new here and not currently trying but not preventing. My depo was due on the 23rd of July but didn’t go for it. I’ve still not had a period. I know it can take a while for them to come back but is it worth giving. Vitex or soy isoflavones a go? It’s driving me mad.

I’ve not had any experience with depo but if you are worried about it taking long for you’re period to return it may be better to see if your doctor can prescribe something to help instead?

Hey, when I was on the depo it took close to a year till I had my first period again. Nurse that time told me, that it depends how long you've been on the injection till your body goes back to a normal cycle.

Iv had depo many many years ago. I wasn’t getting regular cycles for months and months after. It can take a wee while to for cycles to go back to normal. Xx
