That's exactly the phrase I used  I had a look at my old thread but it was for girl's names. Here's some of mine:

Stanley ( :D )
Henry
Arthur
Rowan
Robin
Dominic
Atticus (alright, that's a bit out there)
Frank
Finlay

I am having the same problem...We have a name all set out for a girl, depending what she might look like when she is born.

But boys names are so elusive.

So far we have...

Quinn and Alerick. I have been looking at some more traditional Celtic names. But at the moment...Quinn is winning.

I also like (but hubbie doesn't :rotfl: )

Wyatt,
Ailean
Brac
Eiladar
Brynn
Felan
Caden
Caillen
Ossian
Kai
Rohan
Toren
Vaddon
Odran

They are extremely original and there won't be many kids wondering round the play ground with those names...which is what I want.

Good luck though...
