Nipple pain....

Bit strange but for the past 2 days i've had sharp/stabbing/stinging pains,that come & go, in my left nipple.

It just feels tender to touch & uncomfy right on my nipple (not my boob)
This boob started leaking about 2 weeks ago (only a tiny bit though-not enough for breast pad).

Any ideas what it could be or has anyone else eexperienced this?
