Night waking after months of sleeping through?!

Ella started sleeping from 7pm-7am from about 8-9 weeks old and now at nearly 7 months she has started waking about 4-5 times a night?!?! Not crying but just moaning, chatting and singing?!!

I have not given her a night feed since she was a couple of months old and now I refuse to start again. I get up and go and pop her dummy in but it does disturb my and DH's sleep. I can't work out what has suddenly changed as she didn't do this before cutting her first 2 teeth and her teething has subsided at the moment.

Any ideas?

I'm the same as Emma although *touchwood* Charley hasn't woken up yet!
Could she be hot/cold? I don't know what to suggest x x

a midwife i know said hers sleep pattern went out window when she started weaning them might be that?
