night terrors

hi ive had 2mmcs my last one was in feb this year , just wondered if anyone else had this ... i keep waking up and seeing a baby at the end of my bed and then i start shouting because it dissapears but then i say is that my niece to oh (when in sleep state)so dont know if its me seeing what would of been my own baby or my little niece. i get really distressed ive always had night terrors where spiders snakes etc but nothing like this. xxx

I've had two MMC also. It sounds like anxiety related, usually meaning it's still something in your subconscious you need to deal with. Perhaps go to the doc and get referred to a sleep specialist?
I know how horrible it is to go through miscarriage and his can't be helping so I hope you get some answers xxx
