next milk

lillie is nearly 6 months so do i have to change her milk to the next one up shes on aptimal 1 and 3 meals a day at mo x

I have always moved Keeley up she was on Cow and gate

I think the next stage up milk has more iron in it and stuff

Its totally up to you either is fine. HV said to me to keep her on normal if she is happy! The follow on does have slightly more iron but theres not really much in it.

i have just moved riley from aptamil 1 to 3 according to 1 it dnt have any iron but 3 does so its gotta be good
