New Cycle Resolutions

So, AF has messed with me this cycle but not as much as I've managed to mess up my own head with obsessing about TTC! I've decided to start cycle 4 with some New Cycle Resolutions:

1. I will eat healthy, regular meals instead of forgetting to eat then bingeing on crap.
2. I will not drink alcohol.
3. I will not over analyse everything that happens in my body and waste hours of my life searching the internet for explanations.
4. I will not test before the day AF is due.
5. I will not allow myself to get upset by feelings of jealousy/bitterness towards towards the people around me who are pregnant/have children and moan/constantly go on about it.

Right, I know I'm probably setting myself up for failure but all off these things are making me less likely to conceive and/or more miserable at the moment. Bring on the BFP!

I think this is a good idea hun n if im out this month i will b making resolutions although i think im a bit calmer this month xx

Snap!! I just need to relax and take each day as it comes and dont worry about if not getting +opks and that my BBT is low compared to others. Eat healthy and exercise as much as I can to get my weight off.

Thanks for all the support girls...but I must fess up, I've had a whole Lindt bunny and three glasses of wine today...d'oh! Have decided to be mega-good from Tuesday. AF should be nearly over by then and DH should be back at work so no excuses!

I WILL be pro-active this month and know when I test that I'll have done everything I can to get a BFP.

Guiltily hoping what you do during AF doesn't hinder a BFP...
