Crackers!!!.....Cream crackers whats going on here...Anyone eles feel like crackers i mean the food wise haha :wall2:

I love crackers with philadelphia on them for my lunch x

I got told im not allowed philadelphia because its soft cheese !!!

The NHS website says: Avoid Soft and blue veined cheeses, such as camembert, brie and stilton. There’s no risk of listeria from hard cheese such as cheddar or from cottage cheese or processed cheese.
I have to say I'd rather assumed philadelphia was ok as it is a processed cheese, will do some more research now (not had it much anyway) x

I wasn't sure about soft cheese either. Last night i had a real craving for crackers and boursoin cheese! Resisted though.

Found this list on the Babycentre website so I think you can have philadelphia!!!

Yoghurts (all varieties), probiotic drinks, fromage frais, soured cream and crème fraîche - any variety, including natural, flavoured and biologically active - are all safe to eat.

Cheeses to AVOID in pregnancy

My midwife said philidelphia is perfectly fine to eat as its made with 100% pasturised milk.....so dont panic ladies!

Avoid the others that are no good tho!
