Well it seems like everyones been getting new furry/feathery compainions lately 
We also have one....although no pikkies until we upgrade our version of windows...stupid 64bit isn't compatable with anything
My hubby bought us a lil 7wk old tabby tom yesterday and he's a right looker with white socks and a white chin
I've called him Renji after a character out of bleach - which me and my hubby are both into 8)
The sad news is that we are having to give our tortoise-shell back to the shelter we got her from as it's been 2months and she's still constantly fighting with our other cat. We drew the line when she'd been scratching his face up EVERYDAY for nearly 3 weeks (he doesn't scratch back) and he now has a bg scar on his nose and still a bit of a swollen cheek where her claw punctured it
She's nice but she's not for us as she doesn't like young kids either. We're just waiting for a pen to get free so they can take her back - at the moment she's seperated from the other two
Our boy is still young (9-10months) and soooo laid back... a complete lap cat
(just the way I wanted him 8) )
We're hoping since the tabby's going to grow up with him if we make sure we get it 'done' as well as soon as it's old enough then all will be well. They certainly seem to get on ok but pur big lad seems to want to play now and although he's trying to be soft he's SOOOO much bigger
so he's only allowed supervised access until kittens a bit bigger.
We certainly ended up with a spirited one!!

Just gave him a bath in the sink and I'm sure he actually smells more Hope it'll go soon or I'll have to resort to baby talcompowder or something
