Does anyone have any in the cupboard?

I really really want some but I started healthy eating with slimming world yesterday and I dont know how many syns in a glass.

Tried to look it up online but not listed on SW website. I can calculate the syns but I need to know the amount of fat, carbohydrates, protein etc per 100ml.

So to save me going out and buying some and then blowing my diet because its too many sys please would someone be kind enough to post all the info from the nutritional values table from the box.
