I was wondering if there is any sites on the internet that make pictures into lil videos then put them on dvd. or an easy way to do it on my computer ???

Yup, I use this one too, got a lovely DVD made for Brian for fathers day this year.

I make my own pic vids usin windows movie maker then upload them to dvd myself but I suppse depends on what you want to use

I have used eyespot before
