maybe if you take him up to his room at midnight with just the lamp on but have stories in there and cuddles? Just a kind of 'wind down' time. have the heating on cos the warmth will make him drowsy.

The tele will keep him awake cos its stimulates their brain, well adult tv does, adverts etc... the CBBC reckon 'bedtime hour' doesnt overstimulate them, I havent used it yet cos OH gets home at 6pm and he plays with him

what time does he get up in the morning? x
