need a wide safety gate

We have an arch in our lounge, and have decided to get a gate on it to keep Brody out of the dining room.
At first I was just gonna sort through Mason's toys and take the none-baby safe ones upstairs but it's not fair really.

Our arch is roughly a 4 feet across.
Does anyone know if anywhere sells gates that wide?

what about one of those play pens that you can use as a fire guard/gate/room divider?? I have one, it's by babydan, they are about £80. Must say I can't tell you if it's any good, it's still in the box!!!!
