I'm having awful nausea. I found when it wasn't so bad ginger capsules and travel bands worked for me, as with trying to eat very often. Water made me feel worse but milk helped me. Hope you feel better hun x
Ginger tea helped a little, plus eating little and often and I've been having some acupuncture and think that's helping too... Hope it gets better for you soon as it's rotten xx
Travel bands are a god send. Put them on and ten minutes later I felt good. Took them off when I got home, bad idea! The sickness was back within ten minutes. I've stuck them back on and feeling good again xx
