Baby was born Friday morning and I've not really had any appetite since but have tried to keep eating, for the past couple of days every time I eat I feel sick and can't finish my food and have started to have a dizzy spaced out feeling. It's much worse today and I feel extremely sick and as if I can't focus on anything. I'm going to mention it to a midwife later but just wondering if anyone has experience with this?
Thanks!

I had no appetite for almost 2 weeks, I was only eating one meal a day and probably only managing half of it. My husband was trying to force me to eat but I just couldn't or then I felt sick. Then every time I ate I had a serious case of diarrhoea! Xx
