Been getting dizzy spells the last couple of days. I had a c section just over 2 weeks ago and been taking paracetamol not every day just if I feel a bit sore. I'm hardly bleeding but finishing off the last of my iron tablets. I'm bfing but drinking a lot of water (always have) and I'm eating plenty. Has anyone else had this??

I get it and I didn't have a c section or taking any medication. I've put mine down to pure exhaustion. Maybe go get your blood pressure checked? X
