Please help ladies! This is worse than tri 1 :(

I've been feeling sick on and off all day but it's gotten stupid now! I've tried drinking in case it was dehydration, nothing, I've tried having something to eat in case it was hunger, gets rid of it for 5/10 mins then it's back. I can't cope with feeling like this much longer (has been going on for days but today has by far been the worst) :(

Any advice??? xx

Sorry I havent got any advice hunny, i just wanted to send you a huge  x x

:hugs: no advice really , I've found my nausea is almost like morning sickness all over again , so maybe sparkiling water and nibble on ginger snaps ? xxx

I feel for you, been feeing exactly the same myself. I think mine is caused by the iron supplement I'm on, are you taking anything like that? Try drinking lots of iced water and avoid sugary things and tea/coffee, they always seem to make me feel worse. I find sucking ice cubes helps abit..hope you feel better soon x

peppermint tea is really good, along with camomile tea, ginger nuts or anything with ginger in it and mint in general so maybe suck on some mints?!? hope you feel better soon hun :hugs: x

TRAVEL SICKNESS BANDS!!! they have saved my life, honestly this tri is worse than the first Im 26 weeks. I woke this morning feeling god awful think Ive over done it. Felt sick couldnt eat a think couldnt even think about what I could eat. Put travel bands on (yet again as I swear by them) and there you go, sickness gone have now eaten 2 boiled eggs on toast hope you feel better darlin (They are about £8 in Boots BUT they are worth every penny)
