Contractions

Can contractions feel like indigestion?! I know this sounds ridiculous but since early this morning I have been having waves of intense pain across my bump about 3 quarters of the way up. I am having something to eat just now incase it's hunger pains!! Hubby has just left for work so I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself. Sorry for sounding so stupid!

Awww u don't sound stupid! I've had 2 children & still can't explain what the pain feels like. From what i remember i had pains that just came & went every so many minutes. Try and get some rest & see how you go

It sounds stupid but somehow you just know, mine went in a circle round my back to having a period pain then back to my back hurting. But my midwife said hers went up and down her bump.
