Nasty Cramps

Im having horrible Period like cramps that are making me feel sick!
Theyre in my lower abdomen and lower back!
They kid of feel like when you're about to crap your pants!
I vaguely remember cramps last time, but they felt more stabby!
This is like a Dull ache
Im freaking out for no reason right ?

Cramps in early preg can be totally normal x plus it's your scan tomorrow isn't it? Before each of my scans I convince myself something is horribly wrong and I don't know why :/ x defence mechanism perhaps?
If you're worried can you phone midwife? Or if you haven't seen one yet maybe phone epau? They might put your mind at ease x I'm sure everything is okay xx

They have stopped now, Im hoping im just being a drama queen! Hopefully my scan goes okay tomorrow and I can relax z

I'm sure it will be lovely!
My anxiety makes me think the worst each time... I think it also intensifies any little twinges you might feel and you're convinced it's something sinister when you're probably growing! X
other half just doesn't seem to get it, even at the 12 week scan I wailed and sobbed like a mad woman! X

I had very bad period pains in beginning that bad I was bent over in pain literally crying paracetamol and a hot water bottle did nothing, I thought I was going to lose her but she’s currently kicking my insides out at 31 weeks haha I know it’s scary but it’s normal xx

Hey sorry Our internet went down, I almost got cabin fever hahah!
Yeah they have stopped now!
They were like proper first day of AF cramps, and I had a 'period poo'
Ive been checking every 30 seconds since and no spotting.
Like I said I remember getting cramps last time that were so bad I was screaming.
I think I just seen to have it confirmed tomorrow! Hopefully we will see something
