Keeley has nappy rash and this is the first time she's ever had it this bad... i put it down to her teeth comin thru the gums...

Do i keep bathing her the same (every night) or space it out a bit now as i don't wanna make it any worse?

Also i have brought a Zinc and castor oil nappy cream but i noticed it has peanut oil in it :?

Is she alright having it?

There are no nut allergys in my family

sudocrem is best for nappy rash, i dont know what id do without it, but it is expensive

i first got some zinc and castor oil from the baby section in boots and it contains peanut oil, i didnt notice til after and as i have a nut allergy i havet used it
but it was in the baby section so it should be ok

when Niamh had it really bad last i asked at the pharmacy in asda and she said try Brulidine cream i prefer sudocrem too but this also worked. xx

how about bepanthen thats a nappy rash cream. :)

I have heard that this cream is good although I have not used it. Give egg white a try. Just seperate the white from the yolk and put some on her bum after every nappy change. The egg white acts like a second skin stopping any wee or poo getting on the already sore bum and it helps clear the rash up. If you google it you will see that egg white is suggested quite a lot.

I find the best thing for nappy rash is as much nappy free time as possible, and just using warm water to wash them.
