after being on here - the names section - for the first time in ages

i felt really offended

why do people have to post things that are so mean about peoples names or names they may have chosen for their precious LO's!!!

i will not be coming on here again - the names section - as i feel these people who i will not name are really ignorant and offensive and do not think of how other people will take these opinions, as i think Toriella and Dionne said that people choose names which mean a lot to them!!!

why would they ask for peoples oppinions then?

if your asking a cross section of the board for oppinions they arent all going to be the same... everyone should realise that so why ask for oppinions if you dont want them all?

it isnt nice to be deliberatly mean but i doubt thats what anyone is doin.

I think that names are like are they are subjective and people have thier own reason for liking the names they do and disliking the names they don't. I won't tell people the names I don't like because it is not that the names are not nice I just have negitive emotion attatched to those names. No matter what you name your child you will never chose a name that is liked by everyone.

dont let it upset you hun, i no i would have been upset if m LO names were mentioned but im glad they were not.
