***My Sister Amanda is in labour..from last night lol (23/2/11)-pics added***

Well my sister and I found out we were both pregnant at the same time, I was due 12th February and she was due 16th February!!

I gave birth to my son Findlay on 6th February and she is now 8 days over!! Her waters broke last night and she was told to go into the labour suite as soon as, she went in, they had her there for about 4 hours, didnt do any internals,etc and gave her the option to go home or stay and get the drip, she went home. Got a phone call at the bk of 8 this morning saying she was heading back in, contractions were every 1.5mins and very strong and she felt like she needed to "poop" lol, she has been in there for hours, that's them JUST deciding to put the drip in to speed things up for her (her cervix hasnt opened really, it's only 1cm dilated)!! That's all I know at the moment, I will update as soon as anything happens, and as soon as I see Findlays wee cousin lol I will add piccies

SOOOOOOOOOO exciting !!!!

Hey all,my dongle keeps playing up,will update soon with pics,they eventually took my sister down for section at 7am this morning. She had a little boy, 8lb 1oz at 07:31am,they have named him Ryan William Jones. She was 31 hours in labour (including latent phase). Will update story wen I can get my dongle to let me on n upload pics too x x x mother n baby are doing well, she's just exhausted x

Ryan had a rash on his face , we think was from being sensitive to the blankets and what was used to wash them at the hospital! It has now gone !
