Braydon got me up this morning by screaming he HAS NEVER cried like that before - i went flying into his room and he had been sick everywhere he has Never been that sick before!! bless him!! he has been sick like that twice more!! could it be coz i took him swimming yest?

hiya hun i dont think by taking him swimming would cause him to be so sick maybe its just a little bug hes picked up i know there is alot of colds and sickness bugs going around up here if he gets worse i would take him to the docs, hope he gets better soon xxx

our GP is coming at 8 he is a family friend so sed hell come and look at him

Ask GP to take urine sample... could be urinary tract infection.

would a urinary tract infection (spl) mean that he wouldnt do as many wees?

Not neccassarily. It is incredibly common in boys and often goes undetected. We've always been under the inpression that it's more common in girls, but the cases in boys are far higher. GP's are also not in the habbit of testing for it
The reason why I am aware of this, is because Oscar has a small default in his kidneys that may cause those symptoms. If Braydon does have UTI, it can be treated with anti-biotics and you would have to request a scan to get the extent of the prob.
Nothing major to worry about - as I said, it's very common.

Braydon probably just picked up a bug - it's the change of season that brings along these things!! Look after yourselves and let us know how you get on!

Sounds like a viral infection hun. My friends little girl has just had this, it makes them have sickness and diarheeoah (sp? lol) she couldnt keep anything down, the doc gave her some medicine and she is fine now. How has he been? see the doc yet?

i dunno but...
we went swimming on thursdy he got ill thurs nite and yest he did 9 BIG need a bath poos, he refused everything yest milk food water etc , if he is not better we are going to call the doc, he has hardley taken ne thing in since thurs nite and wot ever goes in 99% of it is coming back up! poor lil man

My dad was chucking last nite so i think wot ever it was is doing the rounds now

I'm no expert but it sounds like the pool water. Mind you they are meant to have cholrine in which should kill any germs and bacteria??
