That looks like an allergy to me. Does your friend have any animals that she might have touched???

took her to dr he said it looks like allergic conjunctavius (sp) but if it was it would be in both eyes.. so he said he doesnt know.. my friend has no pets and is a clean freak..really odd.. he said he couldnt see any scratches in her eye..so given her antibiotic cream..
