I have been afflicted with this for over a month and have tried everything: gave up on travel bands after a while, gave up on ginger, as the mere thought of it made me gag.

We had this holiday to Rome planned. I almost cancelled at the last minute because I didn't feel up to it, had the most abominable plane journey, but the second we touched down, I swear it was a miracle. I was fine! And I was fine every day, no matter what; we walked constantly like Duracell bunnies, until our feet gave up, ate pretty much anything without being sick at all. Whereas before any movement induced agonies of nausea and most foods repelled me.

I was SOOO happy, that must have been it, that must be the cure for MS. Because as soon as we arrived back at the hotel in the evening a bit of sickness crept in, as if there was nothing to distract me completely and I could feel it again.

Obviously, as soon as we came back home, full on sickness every day, no matter what.

Just wanted to share this with you, as I almost cancelled and missed out on a MS free week. Hoping a nice holiday will help others too!!

Wow that sounds fab. Now where's my OH so I can hint about taking me on a lovely italian break...........

Of course, what I didn't realise was how depressed we'd both be at having to come back! All I can think of is how to move there permanently now.

I found the more I did whilst away here, the better I felt. Whether its the exercise or the distraction I don't know, but it worked for me too! :)

Heading straight off to persuade hubby that we should have a holiday! :)
