My nipples are so sensitive is this a sign?

Went in the shower this morning and couldnt bare the water on my nipples, they are really sensitive!

is this a good sign? i dont usually have any uncomfortable boobs near AF or anything like that!

It was for me!

I had exactly the same, I never get sore nipples when I have my AF.
