I really enjoyed it tonight! Looked at baby massage and yoga and talked about the surestart courses which are run. I will definitely be finding out about and joining those when babes here.
We also looked around the maternity unit, it was like a hotel! Couldn't believe it - the rooms have tea/coffee, tv/radio and telephone and ensuite bathroom. I particularly loved the room with a huge birthing pool, it looked so cosy. Just hope it will be free when I need it! x
