Hi ladies

I hope someone can help with a quick question I have?

I'm bf my LO who is 8 days old and alls going well yay! When my milk came in my breasts were HUGE and engorged and generally just incomfortable! I know they settle down after so long, but mine have now gone completely back to normal.....not that I'm complaining....but they don't seem to be filling up as much and I'm worried that I'm maybe not producing enough or that my milk quality is not good enough!

She seems content enough and has currently been asleep for 4 hours lol....so my question I suppose is....is this normal for your mums to be massively engorged and then seemingly normal!?!

I hardly ever get engourged, and Isla seems very content and sleeps all night still (but only from 6 months) try not to worry, your boobs won't let you down!

I used to get tingly boobs when i looked at her, but not anymore. I only feed morning and night, and hoping to phase mornings out soon don't really want too but i can't keep waking her up before i go to work

my little one is 10 days, my boobs arent getting huge, they did for a few days they where solid. Im expressing inbetween feeds though so theres definatly milk there, i asked my mum the same question a few days ago.

Mine are completely normal, i am gutted i only have little boobs and i thought i would get my porn star boobs x

Im sure there working fine Hun, the only time mine got engorged was when Tegan started sleeping longer at night then id end up waking up with wet patches lol xx

Ah thanks everyone feel much better now! Was panicking thinking they should be huge and engorged for longer! Not that I'm complaining as it wasnt very pleasant!

It's fab that you've done so long hun I had a few days where I didn't think I could do it and the guilt was terrible......there's always something to worry about lol xxx
