My belly is 'fat'

I noticed myself the past few days that my bump I'd definitely appearing. And today (I'm a childminder) the little girl asked me why my belly got fat haha. Maybe others have noticed too but are too polite to ask incase I'm not pregnant and have just piled on the beef!xxxx
