my belly is expanding at 6 weeks, it seems abnormal. help!!!

Im only 6 weeks nearly 7 according to my last period. Not had my dating scan yet but im getting a really visibly bloated tummy. Is this normal?? any explanations??

I have experienced blaoting this week, wake up fine but by mid afternoon my tum is swollen and by evening its horribly swollen...I have to undo my buttons which is embarrassing in work as I havent told my work collegues yet!! I have read this is perfectly normal due to hormones. I also read avoiding foods and drinks that may cause wind will help. My OH thinks its funny looking at my swollen tum hanging over my PJ bottoms at night, I am changing into them when I get in from work to relieve the pressure of waistbands!!

the worrying thing is that twins are a real possibility...

my dads a twin and my sisters are twins, and in BOTH sides of my family twins have NEVER skipped a generation.

Also the father of my baby(/ies... eeeek) is a twin and there is a lot of twins in his family....

god help me and my poor waistline

lol i was the same as you every single person thought i was having twins as well , i kept on saying no im not it runs on mine and bernies side so i was quite nervous.
But got to my ultrasound and was only Kiara
Remember every one grows differently during there pregnancies you fine.

I get the bloating, too!! Can't even hold my tummy in anymore, and I'm having to wear baggy clothing already. It's definitely digestive bloating for me, and some foods, or eating more than I should (which is NOT MUCH right now!) will make it worse, so that I'm pacing around and moaning about how much it stinks.

Burping makes me feel better.
