my 6 wk scan my little blob

so last night i phoned my docs i was in loads of pain and was worried, he said go to a and e, so had to take my 10 month son with me and was waitin from 7pm- 1 am but finally got a scan to see the little one. the student nurse who first did me tried to say i was having ectopic even thought you could see the sac in front of you, then the doctor came in and scanned and said everything was fine she was happy i have to go back in 10 days to check its growing and everything but so far everything seems ok, i feel a weight lifted of my shoulder i dont worry so much about every pain. i cant wait to go back in 10 days and make sure its all going ok, but heres a picture of my wee blob, its the black circle in top left corner, strange angle as they had to take all sides.

was so scary though as girl before me had a miscarriage and i was freaking out.

well heres to hoping for a healthy pregnancy but thought this might reassure some of you that some pains are ok they told me its growing pains and bowels (nice) even at this early stage.

awww, hello to your 6 weeker!

good plan to go to a&e and glad you got some reassuring and good advice from doctor. it feels so much better when someone is positive with you, it makes your whole day!
