hi all i have a nearly 1 yr old boy,
He has about two naps during day n there never at the same time but usually within 1 hour of each other. they last about 30 mins each.
He is walking and has been for 2 months.
He goes to bed about 8:30 and is asleep by 9pm hell then wake about 11pm n come into our bed or hell stay in his bed till 4am n come into our bed but even in our bed hell wake about 3 times tossing n turning. He does had dry skin which i use cream on and it keeps it at bay.

Whe he wakes he doesnt really cry just wakes up n moves about n shouts.

Any suggestions would be much appriciated,.
I cant make bathing part of his routine because if i bath him every night it makes his skin worse.:wall2::wall2:

Mine has started doing this. She's going through a big developement stage and is learning so much her mind is just overacting :wall2:

Has he always been like this? Routines don't need to include bathing, they could be dinner, a story, some milk and then bed. Just so they know that, that means bedtime x

thanks for replying yes hes always don e this he used to be worse waking 8 times a night.
But at that time he had bad excema so i understood why he was doing it.. he seems like hes not comfy but i cant have heating on in his room as it makes his skin itchy but he wears a body suit long sleive pajamas and bottoms then he has a baby duve on no pillow.

Hi hun, sorry you have sleepless nights. Is he's a restless sleeper? Do you find he loses his duvet during the night? (I'm just wondering if he wakes up cold and a sleeping bag might help?)

Lottie was a bad sleeper until we started swaddling her (strong startle reflex) and then we moved her into a sleeping bag as she was strong enough to kick herself out of the swaddle.

Hope you find something that works.

Im having similar problems with ~rosie and she is soon to be 1 too. If i get a magic cure i'll be sure to let you know.
