My amazing somewhat crazy mother is probably as holistic as the cme with reiki & so on and so forth. Most of which i let go over my head HOWEVER ...

Ive been having waves of queeziness and she gave me this drop solution called 'nux vomica-homaccord' .. u put between 5-10 drops on your tongue and it works miracles in minutes ! Its handy cause its not solids or fluids that could easily be thrown back up! Its also great cure for a hangover ...for all those times after the baby is born if we're lucky

You should be able to buy it in any health shop .. if not u can definately buy it online. Im not advertising anything & i wouldnt mention it if it didnt work as im the biggest sceptic going but i thought it could help the ones who are suffering worse from sickness than I am !

I love herbal remedies, as an Egyptologist I've studied ancient herbals and stuff and it's sooooo interesting and I really do think Mother Nature has provided cures for everything

Only thing I will say is nux vomica contains very small amounts of strychnine and is not suitable for anyone with liver problems as it can build up in the liver which is dangerous and some recommend pregnant women don't take it.....but am wondering if that's more because people don't stick to the right dosages or forget they've taken it. I write down everything I take and when cos I have a brain like a sieve xxxxxxxxxxx

Thankfully you point out the cautious parts I have been searching it too and because mine comes and goes id only have to take 5 or so drops every day or two so for people worse off it will still work but might be better once or so a day

One of my dreams has been to set up a natural med clinic, a friend of mine is studying in Germany to be a doctor of holistic medicine and she's fascinating to talk to. 17 years ago my Dad was diagnosed with leukaemia and has refused all conventional treatment, he uses copious amounts of honey and does tai chi every day....his cell count is now lower than it's ever been and has baffled his doctors (it's worked for him but may not for others). You gotta love natural medicine
