Hi all, just thought Id start a thread asking what everyone is using as vitamins. I currently take a pregnancy multivitamin which contains the daily recommended ug of folic acid and various other important vitamins, I also have a portion of fortified breakfast cereal a day, but Im just wondering if this is enough? Do any of you ladies take other vitamins in addition to your multivitamin? This is my first pregnancy so Im a bit stumped!
