Has anyone else lost their mucous plug yet?

Just went out shopping to Holland and Barratt today to get some Raspberry Leaf Tea and Clary Sage Essential Oil. Going to start taking both on Tuesday - see if I can encourage the baby to make an appearance.

I did read somewhere tho that you can be dilated anything up to 3cms for a couple of weeks before anything happens!

Sorry if you were all excited. Hopefully your little one will make an appearance quicker than that tho! xxxx

Nope - Not lost mine yet either...But I don't really expect to.

I suppose it's because my Mom never had a show until the day she gave birth with all 3 of us....Mind you, her waters never broke until her babies were on their way out either.

ashley22 - professionals advise against the use of clary sage. Ii is a powerful uterine antiseptic. I was going to try it last month to start me off but was warned against it.
