My bfing days are soon coming to an end as I will be returning to work, so proud that I will get to 10 months!
I asked my HV about what I should so with giving her milk once I stop and she has told me to switch to cows milks. Madison will be 10months as I start to slow down bfing and just short of 11 months by the time I go back to work.
The HV said that I would know by now of she had intolerance to cows milk, she has it in cereal, cheese, yoghurts etc
Have any of you gone from bfing to cows milk?
She does get one bottle of formula for bed but I'd rather not introduce more if I can help it.
