Movements???

For the past week I have been feeling what I think is small twitches in my tummy, but I'm not entirely sure it's not just my imagination!!! They are so subtle!!! Are fetal movements at 15-16weeks easily distinguished? Where do you generally feel fetal movements? These 'twitches' have been just below my belly button area, and mostly to the right but sometimes feels like it moving to the left too! But keep thinking I am just imagining it lol xx

You can feel movements at 15 - 16 weeks but it is hard to tell if it's baby or wind lol Also where you feel it can depend on where your baby is lying in your belly aswell. Some woman describe it as a fluttering feeling.. or like bubbles popping (i heard lots of bubbles at my midwife check when she got the doppler out, the little dude was going crazy lol). Some woman don't feel any movement until well after 20 weeks... i guess if you can feel baby earlier on then you are lucky!

I've been feeling this for a few weeks now too and its def not a feeling I've felt before mines to the left under my belly button, around the area where my doppler picks up the heartbeat! Its only once or twice a day at the min tho xxxx

i got the "popping bubbles", "muscle twinges", "butterflies", "swimming tabpoles" everyone describes it differently. I started feeling these about 16 weeks so if your plecenta lays at the back i believe that you prob feel it more too i think you find that out at your 20 week scan
