Mothering stereotypes and how involved is your partner?

My Husband's been very involved, in fact it was mainly him that did all the research on prams and car seats.

He is interested in everything, including the wee outfits I've bought.

Your lucky, my OH isn't the slightest bit interested in clothes, buggy, cot or anything like that. When it comes to choosing a name he'll want an input, and I can't fault him as a dad, he adores our daughter and takes a real active role in everything we do for her, it's just the pregnancy he's not interested in, perhaps he feels detatched from the whole experience as it's my body going through all the changes!!!!
